Rural location with many farms and hunting clubs surrounding the stations. No cranes, but designed buildings with double roll-up doors in every maintenance bay, enabling technician access to each engine. Building design incorporates raised skid-type pipe headers, and with underground piping from the compressors to headers, enabling technicians to have a full length drive lane for quick and easy access to all parts of the building. Uses a push ventilation system, and designed to Steel Nation’s phase 2 sound mitigation.
